With more than 44 years of experience in the practice of law, Norman Marcus focuses his Plantation, Florida practice in a range of areas. Since then, he has been admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. His extensive community involvement includes maintaining past memberships in the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators, Inc., and Broward Lawyers Care. He was a charter member of the Collaborative Family Law Professionals of South Florida. In addition, Mr. Marcus has served as a lecturer on Legal Research for Nova University in Florida. His many professional honors include being named an “Outstanding Member” of Broward Lawyers Care, as well as serving as Vice President (1990) and was the President (1991) of the West Broward Bar Association. In recognition of his work, Mr. Marcus has been awarded Martindale-Hubbell’s AV Preeminent rating, signifying the highest levels of professional excellence and ethical standards. Mr. Marcus was born in New York, NY. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Tulane University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. He is a member of Phi Delta Phi, the international legal fraternity.
